Depending on the school and program some yes and some no. ..

For hostel some schoil dont allow cooking due to fire hazard so the school will also make meal mandatory as well. Check the school requirement

First step is to evaulate your transcripts with WES and that help equate it to a Bsc equivalent....so with your wes conversion a lot of schools will treat it as a bsc .

Your waec or secondary school transcript matters as well... if all are good coupled with a high SAT that increase your chances of scholarship. Target schools that give full ride scholarships to international students
