Smile a lot. Wear sunscreen any time you are in the sun. Drink plenty of water everyday. Get enough sleep, 7–8 hours at least daily. Exercise at least three times a week. Eat healthy. Try intermittent fasting. Take vitamins and supplements your body needs but can’t get from your diet. Surround yourself with happy and positive people. Quit smoking. Don’t drink alcohol. Don’t do drugs. Dress youthful. Stay optimistic. Get rid of toxic people from your life. Spend quality time with friends and family. Try reducing stress. Listen to happy music.
