After the domain name, then value the traffic. He is easily doing 10M views a month.

But in revenue I can assure Suen , nairaland is performing below expectation.

How much in traffic does every nairalander contribute per month ?

But I would not pay more than 300K - 500K USD.

Need to invest alot to shore up adrevenue.
