I have this infinix hot 5pro, that suddenly or automatically switch off when doing anything on the phone at time it work fine but when it starts swinging off I regret using a phone.

Please, what is the likely solutions.

1. Does it shutdown and has to be powered on by you OR it restarts when doing some things on it?

2. if the problem is restarting, then you should try flashing the phone. If problem persist, change the battery. However, if the problem is shutting down, then you either have a phone with faulty board or a faulty battery.

I recommend flashing the phone then followed by battery replacement.

oga I am not using Mi phone as at today, I used Samsung through last two weeks, and where did you see mention of MI in my post

but everyone has their own experience with each brands and I too have used Samsung and I have negative review about them but have never for one day attack them on any platform but your case is different you keep talking and talking

Most times, I resist the urge to quote you and others bashing Infinix because no matter what is said, you guys are simply too gone in your hatred towards Transsion products.
