A 52-year-old man has been arrested for repeatedly rubbing his crotch against a woman on the subway, not realising she was a plainclothes police officer. Felipe Mondragon, 52, rubbed up on the NYPD detective's thigh while on the train that had just left Union Square station around 9am on Thursday. The female police officer was with her partner and a sergeant for a plainclothes operation when she was targeted. Felipe Mondragon was immediately arrested and hauled off the train at 23rd Street station. He was then charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.
