Thiza:
I hope the following information would bring to an end the misinformed debate about ROOIVALK being 90% French unless you lack comprehensive information relating to the subject at hand....REMEMBER SOUTH AFRICAN DO NOT TELL LIES AND CLAIM EASY VICTORIES

The Rooivalk was born from a need of the South African Airforce to field a capable attack helicopter. Atlas Arms Company ( Before becoming DENEL) produce the first HX-1 Alpha designed to which it serve the comapny well in terms of developmental research. The HX-1 was was based highly on French made- Aerospatiale Alouette III system, though hardly a dedicated attack platform and still utilizing 1960's technology. HX-1 started testing flights in 1986 folowed by two converted XTP-1 Beta gunship in the form of Aerospatiale SA 300 Pumas ( production version of the Rooivalk would indeed feature the SA 300 transmittion and rotor system), designed at the outset as test beds.

Utilising information gained from both test, designs were being drawn up for the ROOIVALK as early as 1984 with initial flyable XH-2 Rooivalk getting airborne by 1990.

Thiza, don't bother yourself with Henry, he knows the truth.

You really do not understand and you are really missing a point. It is not like we claimed that SA is the first country to invent that plane. Fighter jets and aeroplanes have been existing for many years ever since the Wright brothers' invention and continue to be built by many countries to date. What is most important here is that something that looks like AHLAC was always built somewhere away from Africa for civil use and now for the first time is built in Africa as a warplane. Is that not great news even though is not a huge achievement?

Mzilikazi, this is Agububu we're talking about. He's the leading fabricator of all times, this is the guy who believes a parked warship can destroy a frigate. This is the guy who claims a propelled aircraft (SuperTucano) can defeat a Gripen in air-to-air combat. This is the same guy who claims Nigeria has a spy satellite.

Agububu will praise any junk his government buys or handed down and trashes anything they didn't buy. He makes claims he cannot prove and he currently has tens of proofs in debt to us.

Nigeria does it again. President GEJ leads from the front, yet again.

President Goodluck Jonathan and two other West African leaders have brokered a deal to resolve the political impasse in Burkina Faso.

The three West African Presidents brokered an agreement on a one-year political transition that would lead to elections in November 2015, local media reported on Thursday.

According to the agreement, the military, which is currently controlling the country after citizens’ protests forced the former leader out of power, would hand power over to an eminent civilian personality to lead the transition.

LESOTHO DECLARES WAR ON SOUTH AFRICA!!!!
the government of the kingdom of lesotho have today declared a war on south africa.media correspondents in lesotho have reported seeing:farmers gathering cutlasses,pitch-forks and rakes, cooks were putting together an arsenal of frying-pans,rolly-pollys,table-knives and egg-mixers,schoolgirls and snott-nosed adolescent boys were all gathered for war with lollipops sticking out of their mouths.when asked about the sudden declaration of war,the king of lesotho responded to the journalists "we are fed up of south africa's fuckuppedness and begi-begi attitude,we are currently assembling an army of farmers, cooks and children.we have resisted SA with an army of cooks before, and i'm sure we can do it again and this time we'll win!".meanwhile zuma is reportedly cowering in an underground bunker in pretoria,as the SANDF and SAAF have no aviation fuel, and the boers have refused to sell weapons, they have no hope but to request for igirigi APCs from nigeria in order to fight!.

First, that looks nothing like an AHRLAC

AHRLAC: 2 seat
Sadler Vampire: Single seat

Wings on the AHRLAC: Forward swept Anhedral
Wings on the Sadler Vampire: Swept Dihedral

They share the same basic configuration but are completely different designs.

Dude, you only started with this pathetic tirade on the AHRLAC after we exposed the Nigerian Gumla as a confirmed copy of Isrealy drones with citations. Yet again, a Nigerian suffered near fatal butthurt and was forced to invent stories

Maybe you didn't know... South Africa makes plenty of these small planes, single or double seats for commercial or private purposes. they're non military that's why you never see them.

In the meantime we're yet to see Nigerians make anything that flies with a pilot inside.
