You said we lost - what objective did we fail to meet?

To say we were routed is to say that we intended to achieve something and Seleka prevented this. What did we fail to achieve?

So you dont dispute that foreign mercenaries are now actively engaged in combat?
Your shameless denials in the face of overwhelming evidence is out of this world.

He only proved more that your base is poorly defended, with 6 APCs for 850 troops.

Who said 6 APC's for 850 men?

That is a patrol base or Combat Outpost (COP) for a section of men.

Who says we dont have our own snipers? Mortars? MGL's? as well as UN air-support on call.

Pic related. All the men in the COP.

they needn't deny it, my boy. They are stating their heritage which stand in sharp contrast to yours.

I have caught you in other threads where you descended to the brainless savage you are and hate on Nigerians. So you're always having emotional diarrhoea wherever Nigeria is mentioned.

I can't be a tribalist, my Zulu stooge. The reason the citizens of Nigeria stgand head above any African country is because of her tribal diversity. The yorubas alone with their literary and educational prowess , organisational skills are a threat, not to mention the entrepreneurial igbos who combine hardwork, education, mobility and risk-taking to colonise you in your very streets.

Then the southern Nigerians who have the swagger and cosmopolitan heritage to morph into any society with great adaptability and sophistication. The Middle-belterns are a cultural and intelectual spread between the north and the South.

hence a call was made that igbos should vacate Lagos...kwerekwere read this carefully,I don't hate Nigerians but hate only haters..i told you that you will only play the big brother in your imagination ,in reality you remain a refugee in foreign lands..

political emotions, Zulu. Many yorubas have decried that Oba's statement.

Funny thing is that South Africa isn't going to be even No.2 on the continent eventually.

Not only do N.A have a properly defended base in sudan, they also have NAF MI-17 and Super-puma for transport.

Who's talking about objectives,eh, internet lawyer? Your SANDF was beaten black and blue into a retreat after severe losses they had to seek safe passage to flee.

Your troops were defeated spectacularly.

Oryx operate in the Sudan

Our peacekeeping base in Sudan is better defended and secured than yours which is on the frontline in Nigeria

Your men in Nigeria face massive problems with supply and logistics

A case in point was the initial deployment of our troops to Darfur in 2004, where the Nigerian contingent was deployed without the full complement of their requirement

Yes.

Insurgents typically use radios during attacks to report and coordinate. Your officer won't hear that if his doing basic infantry stuff.

“We fought very hard for one and a half days. They had very good weapons and very good fighters,” said corporal Mohamed Tahir

Several of those interviewed bore battle scars, including bandaged heads, feet and limbs. The rebels said the SA troops made it “very, very difficult” for them to take the town and sweep president Francoir Bozize from power. The fight put up by the SA troops was so ferocious he believed they were facing over 400 men – almost double the actual number.

“They had every kind of weapon that they were fighting against us with – heavy weapons,” said Tahir. “It was a very difficult battle. We lost more than half of the the men only in my unit of 500 men.”

Nope argument has allways been about uniform.

Uniform does not win you a war. Seleka has no standard uniform, but they defeated SANDF in less than 24 hours battle, many of them wearing just jeans and T-shirts, they drove out SANDF wearing special expensive cam uniforms, and a lot of boxes of spare SANDF uniforms were abandoned by the fleeing Soweto army. If Seleka wears SANDF uniform tomorrow we all know how they got it.

By the way, that incident means SANDF special uniform is now readily available for sale in the black market of Bangui grin grin

Not according to the evidence I have. We may not be as equipped as the American military, but sure as hell..... We are miles better protected than the less than rebel SANDF.

Your men only have 6 APCs for 850 men, if that isn't poorly equipped/ massive logistics issue, I don't know what is.

Again, I ask:

Who says we only have 6 APC's?

Dude, if you are lonely and want someone to talk to go to the social section of nairaland. I am not here to keep you company.

The SANDF COP is something Nigerians could only dream of, compared to your poorly entrenched position, with ammunition strewn about the place in haphazard fashion, men who dont even have a uniform, rusty old AK's no communications equipment and foreigners operating your equipment for you

Better equipped?

Yet you can't even field a single standardised battalion? undecided

Do you how many APCs the SANDF has?

Ok, and this proves what?

That 200 men were overwhelmed by a larger force? Who said they were trying to even stop that force in the first place?

How were they defeated? What objective did they fail to meet?

You can post it over and over, but the fact that you cannot answer simple questions shows that you have no real argument.

If you managed to keep up with the argument you would notice that augugbug has been soundly defeated and has resorted to posting pictures of mechanics and passing them off as tank crews

Simple fact of the matter is that your tank crews are not properly equipped

Even sanction starved rhodesia was able to give their tank crews proper equipment

Nigeria is not a hollywood and internet photo army, our tank crews have coveralls and standard uniforms including standard tank crew headgear/helmet with communications attached. The fact that they don't show it all in open photos does not mean they don't have it.

Grow up dude, how much does a T-72 tank cost? About $ 2 million for a tank, then you think a mere $300 coverall uniform is too much for Nigeria to buy? We even sew and make those uniforms in NA factory in Lagos.

Fool of Soweto....see Nigerian scorpion tank crew below in large numbers with full tank crew uniforms and tank crew special headgear that has both communication headphones and face protection visors all included.....world class Nigerian tank crew !

Mumu you are !
