Most of the housing estates in Lekki and Ajah axis were developed (and are still being developed) by those Yoruba people, with a few South-South folks working alongside them. Most of the landlords in that axis are Yoruba. Your claims were roundly debunked in a thread, on NL sometime ago.

Even Festac still has a lot of Yoruba landlords, with many of them occupying entire streets (or many different cul-de-sacs), within the area. The only thing is that they do not brag or flaunt their wealth, like the Igbo people there. They live a modest lifestyle and go about their business, quietly. It is only when it is time for Estate Association meeting, that you see most of those Yoruba landlords coming out.
