I had a friend who was working in an oil company in Aberdeen, a Nigerian that got fired. He went to places for the company. Went to Canada, Norway, Russia he traveled for them. When he got fired he said he wanted to sue them that they are racist to him that why they fired him. I said no they are not. That he is going to waste money suing. He was working for them and secretly tried to open is own company in Nigeria. He has been buying equipments little by little. A fellow Nigeria was who hinted the company and they started investigating him quietly. Eventually fired him. I told him what he did was against the contract he sign before he got the job. That suing will only make it worse for himself.
