Yeah it'll be so nice to have a lying judge on the supreme court.
But he didn't lie, liberals are just making it up as usual. And when he is proven not to have lied, they will manufacture something else to disqualify him with. For liberals, This is not about morals or the truth, they just want to stop Kavanaugh at all cost but they will fail

Why not just wait for the investigation to be completed then we see what happens?

Trump Directed Legal Action to Enforce Stormy Daniels’s Hush Agreement

By Joe Palazzolo and Michael Rothfeld
Oct. 2, 2018 7:00 a.m. ET
President Trump personally directed an effort in February to stop Stormy Daniels from publicly describing an alleged sexual encounter with Mr. Trump, people familiar with the events say.

In a phone call, Mr. Trump instructed his then-lawyer Michael Cohen to seek a restraining order against the former adult-film actress, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, through a confidential arbitration proceeding, one of the people said. Messrs. Trump and Cohen had learned shortly before that Ms. Clifford was considering giving a media interview about her alleged relationship with Mr. Trump, despite having signed an October 2016 nondisclosure agreement.

Mr. Trump told Mr. Cohen to coordinate the legal response with Eric Trump, one of the president’s sons, and another outside lawyer who had represented Mr. Trump and the Trump Organization in other matters, the people said. Eric Trump, who is running the company with his brother in Mr. Trump’s absence, then tasked a Trump Organization staff attorney in California with signing off on the arbitration paperwork, these people said.

Direct involvement of the president and his son in the effort to silence Ms. Clifford hasn’t previously been reported. The accounts of that effort recently provided to The Wall Street Journal suggest that the president’s ties to his company continued into this year and contradict public statements made at the time by the Trump Organization, the White House and Mr. Cohen.

Lol ; cheesy you guys are jokers, on your first point, you obviously don't understand the meaning of the phrase "to the best of my knowledge ". That was his recollection of what happened 36 years ago!! If I asked you to recount to the best of your knowledge what happened to you ten years ago, can you honestly claim that you can make a hundred percent accurate description of it? Goodluck with trying to use that as an example of perjury.

As for your second claim, where is your evidence that he did cross the legal limits for alcohol consumption?

Really? A judge does not know how to be certain about legal conditions in the past? Are you fucking kidding me?

He by his own admission is a drunk, an obnoxious one (that starts fights in bars), what evidence are you asking for again?

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-at-mississippi-rally-defends-kavanaugh-slams-fords-claims

President Trump at a Mississippi rally on Tuesday defended his embattled Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh while questioning the sexual assault allegations made by accuser Christine Blasey Ford.

Trump claimed that Ford's one concrete recollection was, "I had one beer!"

He then portrayed the back-and-forth between Ford and her interviewers. "'How did you get home?' 'I don't remember.' 'How did you get there?' 'I don't remember.' 'Where is the place?' 'I don't remember.' 'How many years ago was it?' 'I don't know.'" The crowd cheered and applauded.

He also accused the Democratic party of only knowing how to "obstruct, resist, demolish, destroy and delay" and claimed that the party had been "trying to destroy Judge Kavanaugh" since he was first announced as a Supreme Court nominee.

"Because they know Judge Kavanaugh will follow the Constitution as written," he said.

...this speech at the rally clears shows reasons why Donald Trump is not fit to POTUS...

Look, I'm not interested in unnecessary argument this morning. Like I said before, goodluck to you guys in trying to use these as an argument for perjury. Perjury is a federal crime you know. If he committed perjury, he will be prosecuted for it. But I've seen all the funny evidence been put out by you guys and I can assure you that no case of perjury can be brought against him on those basis. Only a lunatic prosecutor will stake his or her reputation to bring these laughable case before a judge

Ok so you agree its a lie just not a strong case, well no problem since you'd like a judge on the supreme court whose moral fiber is this fickle.

Trump reaped millions in shady tax schemes from father's business, report says; NY Tax Department 'reviewing' allegations

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-reaped-millions-in-shady-tax-schemes-from-fathers-business-report-says-ny-tax-department-reviewing-allegations

Tax officials in New York are "reviewing" allegations in a lengthy New York Times report Tuesday that claimed President Trump received at least $413 million in today’s money from his father’s New York real estate business, with much of the money coming through questionable tax schemes in the 1990s.

The president declined the newspaper's request for comment, but a lawyer representing Trump, Charles J. Harder, provided a statement to Fox News on Tuesday that blasted the paper’s reporting as “highly defamatory” and “extremely inaccurate.”

"The Tax Department is reviewing the allegations in the NYT article and is vigorously pursuing all appropriate avenues of investigation," a department spokesman told Fox News.

According to confidential tax returns and financial records obtained by the newspaper, Trump and his siblings set up a phony corporation in an effort to disguise millions of dollars in gifts from their parents. Records examined by the Times also indicate that Trump helped his father take millions of dollar in improper tax deductions and formulated a strategy to undervalue his parents’ real estate holdings in order to reduce the tax bill when the properties were transferred.

In total, Trump’s parents, Fred and Mary Trump, transferred over $1 billion to their children. The money would have created a tax bill of at least $550 million given the 55 percent tax rate then imposed on gifts and inheritances, but the family only paid $52.2 million, tax records indicate.

During Trump’s campaign for the Oval Office, the then-candidate faced a swath of criticism for not releasing copies of his tax returns. The former businessman refrained from making his filings public, saying they were under audit by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and said he’d release them once the review was complete.

Even after winning the White House, Trump continued to face pressure to release his returns, including from protesters across the nation on Tax Day in 2017.

...no wonder, Donald Trump hasn't and won't release his tax returns...

Trump Engaged in Suspect Tax Schemes as He Reaped Riches From His Father - NYT

https://www.msn.com/en-gb/news/world/trump-engaged-in-suspect-tax-schemes-as-he-reaped-riches-from-his-father/ar-BBNRbPM?ocid=spartanntp

President Trump participated in dubious tax schemes during the 1990s, including instances of outright fraud, that greatly increased the fortune he received from his parents, an investigation by The New York Times has found.

Mr. Trump won the presidency proclaiming himself a self-made billionaire, and he has long insisted that his father, the legendary New York City builder Fred C. Trump, provided almost no financial help.

But The Times’s investigation, based on a vast trove of confidential tax returns and financial records, reveals that Mr. Trump received the equivalent today of at least $413 million from his father’s real estate empire, starting when he was a toddler and continuing to this day.

Much of this money came to Mr. Trump because he helped his parents dodge taxes. He and his siblings set up a sham corporation to disguise millions of dollars in gifts from their parents, records and interviews show. Records indicate that Mr. Trump helped his father take improper tax deductions worth millions more. He also helped formulate a strategy to undervalue his parents’ real estate holdings by hundreds of millions of dollars on tax returns, sharply reducing the tax bill when those properties were transferred to him and his siblings.

White House Smashes New York Times for Story on Fred Trump’s Taxes
https://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/10/02/white-house-smashes-new-york-times-for-story-on-fred-trumps-taxes/

The White House criticized a story the New York Times published Tuesday about the president’s father, Fred Trump, and his tax filings when he was a real estate mogul.

“Fred Trump has been gone for nearly twenty years and it’s sad to witness this misleading attack against the Trump family by the failing New York Times,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement sent to reporters.

Sanders accused the New York Times and other media of losing their credibility for hit pieces about members of Trump’s family.

“They are consumed with attacking the president and his family 24/7 instead of reporting the news,” Sanders said, noting that the Times rarely reported anything positive about the president.

Trump mocked the New York Times on Tuesday night at a campaign rally in Mississippi, specifically calling out one of their reporters for laughing in 2016 when a Democrat warned of Trump winning the Republican primary.

“All my life, I have had very few stories, but some on The New York Times,” Trump said in a September press conference. “Now I average about three or four a day … they’re all negative. No matter what I do, they’re all negative. But you know what? That’s okay. I still love the paper.” - President Trump on the New York Times

The U.S First Lady, Melania Trump, Makes Major Style Statement in Ghana

First Lady Melania Trump made a major style statement in Ghana on Tuesday as she met with schoolchildren during a stop on her Africa tour.
Stepping off her plane in Ghana, Mrs. Trump looked chic and minimal in a striped shirt dress in burgundy and white by Celine, a brand that was formerly headed by Phoebe Philo, the most copied designer of the 21st century.
Mrs. Trump’s wearing of Philo’s Celine design is a major salute to the renowned designer, hinting that the former Slovenian-born model will miss Celine’s days of elegant minimalism.
The First Lady paired the striped shirt dress with a pair of stark white Manolo Blahniks, a color that stands out against her dark, European complexion.

Lol...Exactly! And To think that they dug out his old letter during his school years was quite creepy. These folks have no shame at all. Don Lemon of CNN was literally drunk in one of the new years' eve, did that disqualify him or caused him to lose his job? Can't they see that the pendulum swings both ways? Boom!! Kavanaugh's Accuser, Ford, had her whole testimony destroyed when her Ex-boyfriend hinted that she may have perjured herself while under oath. Despite Ford initially testifying that she didn't help, prep or assist anyone on how to pass a polygraph test, and also claiming she had Fear of Flying, her ex-boyfriend now asserted that she indeed helped some other folks on passing a polygraph test, and also that she had flown so many times via aeroplane to numerous destinations, contrary to her earlier testimony.
**What a bombshell!!! shocked shocked I've always believed that there's nothing hidden that won't be brought to light eventually. When you expose yourself to the public and you bring false accusation against an innocent person while at the same time claiming you "don't remember", well somebody somewhere who remembers will expose you to your shame.
