Not everyone needs social safety nets. However, you can't rule out such in an economy like ours while reforms are being implemented to expand private sector initiatives and investments that would jumpstart mass job creation.

It is not just Nigeria youths. Everyone needs livelihoods. People who have zero means should not be so arrogant not to want to start with something. I know of people who saved from their NYSC year and now own and run successful businesses. NYSC money is even smaller compared to some of the social safety nets created. There are countless opportunities for starting small out there. All that is required is, align with the right network and seek advice on what you can do. There are countless organisation's / foundations out there that provide free worldclass business training / mentorship and startup funds for startups / ideas.

For example, some of us who talk recklessly on Social Media platforms like this one are often so bereft of the fact that they could be talking to very successful people who can guide them towards personal successes.

It is incorrect to say that social intervention programs are designed to keep beneficiaries poor forever. There is obviously no truth in that. We have seen people exit these programs voluntarily to meet greater pursuits. Good salaries and great jobs do not always translate to real successes and wealth creation in nations.

As an entrepreneur and business coach, I will tell you that what the Nigeria youth needs right now is quality education, self discovery / mindset reorientation and relevant skills development to succeed in these times. Saving culture among the youths is terrible. Spending is more often than not intuitive and not driven by value / productivity. Tendency for dependency is rising. Impatience is as loose as wildfire leading to involvement in quick money schemes / vices such as internet frauds, kidnapping, drug trafficking etc. Have you imagined why even with the millions made from these crimes there aren't real investments. Do you know that several Nigerians, supposedly poor, still loose hundreds of thousands of local currency to unscrupulous persons in unrealistic foreign travel plans? Would you have believed that within just a few months Nigerians, including the ones you called poor, could muster investments in excess of several hundred billion into MMM and its cohorts? Where are those monies today? But we want all the blames to go to the government right?

Nigeria will become great if and when we become right thinking people with the right mindsets and ceasing every opportunity, small or big, and making the most of them, either as individuals, families, organisations or communities.

Please what is the specific letter to be uploaded?

Some beneficiaries especially the N-Teach are uploading the acceptance letter giving to them by the schools of their PPA

While others are also uploading the posting letter giving to them from their various Secretariat but with the PPA stamp on it..

So does it mean that any of the letter can go?

Again, the Npower site for more thatn 30hrs now is not responding to effort of so many people trying to upload,

Advice your tribesmen not to partake in the program, have them wait for a program that is not social investment and let us see how well they will do in 2 years this program is meant to sustain them. N-Power Build Oyo center only center in Nigeria not received any stipend
From the inception of N-Power Build program, the beneficiaries at Government Technical College Awe, Oyo state are yet to receive a single monthly stipend, all others beneficiaries at others centers like Ibadan, Ogbomoso centers in oyo state have received up to 4months stipend, how is Government Technical College Oyo center will be different?

If 30k is too small for you, drop it and look for 150k salary job.

It's a choice and government isnt here to dash you free money just because you're a graduate.

Infact if truly you're a graduate, 30k for teaching and a tablet should help you replan your life.

But if 30k is too small, kindly drop it to free up the space, there are genuine people interested.

Some graduates in private sectors don't earn much either.

Hello Npower Team,
I wish to bring to your notice that all N-Agro Volunteers posted to Govt Livestock Farm in Uyo LGA were issued only deployment letters which were signed and stamped by the Ministry of Agric, while our NTeach volunteers had acceptance letters attached to their deployment letters.

The management of the PPA told us that they use the same stamp with the Ministry of Agric, that there's no need for another stamp. We were told to upload the deployment letter on our profile.

We have resumed work and a register has been opened for us.

Kindly take note so that we won't be greeted with story of withheld stipend at the end of the month for issue that is not our fault.
