Nigerian women have been warned once again to avoid sending their nude pictures to male partners in the name of love or showing loyalty to them because there are syndicates of scammers and blackmailers that are out to exploit and defraud women like never before.

According to reports, the weapon of the scammers is the perversion of the basic human nature – promise of love and romance. It is love scam on a scale like never before and many women are falling hopelessly for it. Married and professional women are prime targets.

The Due Process Advocates group has revealed that it has been tracking one such of syndicates for four months now and were able to come upon 4 operations carried out by the same Operator in a spate of 3 days and also the nude images 4 female victims.

The group revealed that the blackmailers are all over the social media, selecting women, profiling them and targeting them.

When they have selected a lady, they will assign a man to her. That man is called an Operator. Usually, he will be a good looking man, well groomed, apparently. The Operator assigned to a target will zero in. His social media profile will show him to be living in another city than that of the target. The reason for this is that the meeting will occur in a hotel. They choose to carry out the operation in a hotel because it is difficult to track a criminal if the place the victim met him is in a hotel.

If he lives in the same city as the victim, then the victim will be suspicious of meeting him in a hotel. So, if the target is in Lagos, the profile information of the Operator will show he lives in Abuja or Port Harcourt, and the reverse is the case if the target lives in Abuja or Port Harcourt.

The operator will warm himself up into the skirt of the target. He will appear gentle. He will appear not in a rush. He will not ask for the nude pictures.

According to the group, the hotel room has a number of cameras positioned in places where the victims cannot see them. These cameras are so easy to hide. Then the touching starts once alone in the room. At some point, he will move away from the victim and tell her he is admiring her beauty.

He too is nude, so the victim assumes they are both in the process of sex. But in fact, the camera is recording every bit of her womanhood or nudity.

At the end of it, the victim will assume that she just had a great time with her new lover. But unknown to her, she has just provided the man a golden opportunity to blackmail her. In less than two months, someone else, will contact the victim with the nude pictures and demand for money.
