Since the beginning of history a man is expected to be tough and agile to be able to survive in this harsh world. Shy guys and less confident guys may not be able to withstand pressure in life. They can't face the crowd and assert themselves when trouble surfaces, and because nature has program it this way women have this instinct to find confident men it's not their fault.
