Depending on the way we look at it, staring could be good and at the same time bad if done wrongly.

If a guy must stare at a "pretty head", then he must do it right by making sure the lady catches him staring at her admiringly, and he must take off his eyes almost immediately he must have bn caught. That will surely pass a message to her.

A times there could be some distance between you and someone and believe me, staring comes handy then to pass messages!
