Your car uses synthetic 0w20 like mine. In a pinch though you can use 5w20 but go back to 0w20 asap. Not very popular in Nigeria but we carry it. Currently I think 0w20 only carquest brand in stock which is what I use in my car. 5w20 there might also be liqui-moly but you don't need it.

Hello ma and happy new year to you. Please my Toyota avalon 2003 model power steering fluid is very low. Still the foreign used fluid it came with. Do u advise I top it or drain and refill. What type of fluid should that be? Car has over 200,000 miles. I do not reside in Lagos.

Thank u ma. I do not think it suddenly got low it still has some fluid on the LOW mark. I've driven it for 5 years and never changed nor refilled.

Can any of those power steering fluid they sell at filling stations be good or any special fluid?
