Also the standard military rifle of the Army is the AK which is Russian made that means any weapon GEJ planned to buy would not have been delivered in 2015 so saying Obama handicapped GEJ in 2015 doesn't add up.

did we buy AK-47s in 2015 oga, this rifles have been there since the civil war, and is as old as the army.
The newer beryl rifles were bought from poland alongside thr tavors etc.
