What we E3 want is contributions to this young phone so we can enjoy our money but trust nairaland marketers full here. If we do poll of how many peeps using E3 here on this thread it won't reach 20,so you see frustration of true users. There are questions somebody will ask and you will know that he or she surely touch this phone for real. Meanwhile your contributions is highly welcome bro. |

dtkages: 4 peace I nid miui v5 rom for indian firmware tanksThat one is not updated Only the one I posted the link is being weekly updated for e3 and clone related phones I used Chinese firmware, which is better for flashing and porting ROMs. |

Chikago: For those looking for cons on this device; here it is: It came with a power bank written 2200mah but cannot fully charge it's battery of 1800mah.It can only get from 0% to about 65 or 70%that is to show you 1800mah is just a number that battery is more than 1800mah Meanwhile that is not cons if you ask me And those that is looking for cons of this device should remember what bug you may not bug me  |

gbodimowo: 4 peace please have you noticed that when you flash the infinity hdv2 rom you can't instill to your 11gb mmc again I went back to stock and it was the same the only rom that allowed me access to it was xpera hdv2 bit it doesn't have developer options in itfirst i dont use my 11gb other than put movies,musics, and offline apps meanwhile i install my app & Game btw SD and internal memory. i wont lie to you out of all lalibm rom ported it is only Xperia HD v1 i found useful which i heavily customized it to my own use. i have my own rom called peacebelle ported from Xolo 2.0 but i been hooked to miui v5 for over a month now and still enjoy it to the fuliness. My advise to you is that when you are flashing rom dont format---data in same place where you format----system thru CWM just format System dont format cache,data,dont mount anything there except format system. |

prince paris: @ 4peace. I tried to use the backup you uploaded with flash tool. But I keep getting " make sure all necessary images are checked to be downloaded. I copied system, cache, data to the flash folder. I noticed that once scatter-load the folder , every other thing was ticked but ' usrdata' was not.if u r that stage click on that usrdata and link data.ext4 but main one is that you should put it in CWM Folder on ur SDcard, the first thing after sptool flash is to restore this nandroid backup if not you will bootlop |

prince paris: I have noticed that my camera that is not working is due to hardware failure. Flashing of all roms and firmware was unable to restore it. The front camera works fine but the rear camera and flash refuse to work. The canvas 4 rom i recently flashed is very stable. Everything is working except the camera so i might have to return it to seller or to customer care since it still less that a month used. But before i do that i might need go revert back to stock. Gurus in the house your help and expertise is highly required to revert back to stock rom. Note i have lost the backup of the stock rom. Godvilla, 4peace, gravitiser etc. Your attention is needed.Good news for you and other Gionee E3 users B4 week runs out i will drop the link to my Gionee E3 Nandroid backup(may be today). i just drop it into my Gdrive now and it is almost 1gb (610mb compressed) more than 900mb uncompressed. So prepared your data to download cos Im sacrifice my data for others. Peace |

macbeyland: no nothing, just that it discharges so fast. I did a test today and discovered that screen brightness set at hundred alone draws the battery at the rate of 1 percent every 2 and a half minutes.You do all these and want your smart phone battery to last 2 days Just google what screen brightness does to battery life. i dont know where i kept my 2nd second battery. i think we should try and conserve our battery by kill or not install app or game we dont keep. Also try to restart the phone once in a while and try short it down in the night atleast once in a while |
