This judgement is not related to APC vs PDP at tribunal rather PDP vs PDP.Its mean if PDP finally win the election petition at Supreme Court and Adeleke lose the certificate issues at the final court, then second during the party (PDP) primary will be the governor. Nothing APC can do about that.
