Whenever LASG offers free service, BRT buses are always scarce. For the few available ones, it's always jampacked. The attitude of LAMATA/LAGBUS personnel on such days is unfriendly too, simply because it's not BUSINESS!

For those who don't mind paying for an efficient service, this is an inconvenience. It's better to have a paid service and enjoy it than one which is free but with problems.

Consequently, it's not just about declaring free rides, it's about managing it well so that "awoof no run below".

At the entrance of the building u go see one fine securityman there. He'd ask if u're a studnt or not. Just tell him u came to submit ur transcript. And ask him the direction to the Registrar's... He was nice enough to take me to the doorstep of the registrar's office. I'd wager he'd be that nice to u too. Just in case he isn', the office is on the 2nd flooor...just check all the doors till u see the tag on the door...
