2. Strengthen our institutions so that the EFCC, for instance, can be more independent and even investigate him and his friends
3. Set up corruption-fighting tribunal to expedite corruption cases.

This is a major structural change...anyone that can implement it has solved 70% of Nigeria's problems.

All these that u just listed are things anyone can do, including my grandmother in the village if she gets the opportunity.

Lest I forget, Buhari is old and forgets things easily. He should not have a business leading over 190 million people.
