Well, I don't think I can advise you though but In life as you think of what if the positive happens make plans for what if the negative happens.
I know one always hate to be told what if NNPC calls and one is not called. But that's a reality.

If you pay your rent by Friday and NNPC calls you, you lose nothing.
Don't allow NNPC tire your life. I know how terrible it can be when I tired my life to them between June and August last year.

I have since told my landlord to exercise patience till this Friday, but to be sincere I don't know what NNPC is doing. After greeting my landlord these days he will always remind me "na this Friday oo"....... For my mind, I don enter one chance. What if nothing comes from NNPC till Friday? What if after I renew the rent and NNPC calls? My head just dey hot these days. Nnpc we need closure ooooo...

Personally as much as I have wanted closure since July last year I have long drawn myself out of the next week loop. It is an endless waste of one's life on something beyond your control.
Whenever NNPC is ready and God says my success in life is with them then it will come and I will go with them.

It's a win-win situation. If you pay and finally get the job, you wouldn't mind forfeiting the rent and if it goes the other way..you are still ok

Same situation as mine and the money is much (that money go buy some suits and shirts if nnpc call me).

My only saving grace is that my landlord doesn't live in same compound and the house agent is not giving me hard time (but I know they will call by weekend).

But you do realize that there are other religions on this thread, who for the sake of sanity would not like to engage in this religious bigotry that is making rounds today.
