If a speed fast than it original travels speed, then the actual speed=the original travels speed + percentage increase (fast)* original travel speed .....Iliyassdass is very much correct.

There are 2 different things here....

it says 50% fast....not faster...50% fast is the same thing as saying 50% as fast....which is the same as saying 50% slower. Looking at it from a real life angle...if someone says "that car is going 50% fast" and not "faster" i would know the person is probably trying to communicate the car is going slower or not to its full capabilities.
