After you see first symptoms and if you are sure that you are infected or that you have infected someone I recommend you to take antibiotics immediately, don't hesitate and don't waste time, because that is a very serious disease, you don't have to close your eyes at this problem! Just take metronidazole or other strong antibiotics and go to the doctor with your girlfriend!
