Why is the guy not paid? Their complain is much. you will know if you visit their branch and go to the complain section to see people with rumple faces keeping quiet.... Serious can't go through the stress again

I have gone through this thread from page 1 and have not seen you announcing at least 7 times that MBA Forex paid your ROI during the one year period you invested.

It appears MBA Forex is registered with CBN but not with SEC yet. They should endeavour to register with SEC as this will increase their security and make more Nigerians to trust them. It may also result in lowering of their ROI.

Nonetheless, this does not necessary mean that the company is scam or doing illegal business. Since I'm neither an expert nor an authority in forex trading or capital market, i cannot comment on the legality and genuineness of the business.

It is now up to the investor to make his research and decide whether to invest with them or not.

if they are regulated by SEC, then there is a high possibility that ROI would be reduced. and the high ROI is one of the most eye catching thing about MBA Fx.

SEC regulating MBA Fx would make it look like a low risk investment company. don't expect high ROI from a seemingly low risk investment.

Securities and Exchange Commission for now cannot regulate forex in Nigeria because they have failed to come up with the Framework for such regulation.

The CEO of MBA Forex have called on them several times to start regulating Forex trading companies in Nigeria but because of their incompetence, dem nor shake body.

So if they come out tomorrow that they want to stop MBA Forex, then they should explain to Nigerians which law or guideline MBA forex have broken or violated.

Look at small Cyprus, I dont think their population is even up to 10 percent of the population of Lagos State, but guess what

Their Securities and Exchange Commission called CYSEC, regulates most of the major and minor European forex brokers, investment firms, Alternative Investment fund Managers and other entities.

So this our Naija SEC should sit up and come up with regulatory framework for companies like MBA Forex.

Until they do that, they should shut up when MBA Forex is talking.

They told me that I have to pay the sum of 120000 naira to join the trading tutorial class. Duration is 3 months and 3 times per week.

MBA is for real. 15% ROI is achievable..very very. They should be very comfortable in paying out 15% with Fores Trading. I am currently registered with a company that sends trading signals everyday. I get like 40% of my capital in a week. Worst is 30%. Calculate that for a month. So MBA paying 15% is comfortable for them.

Am more concerned about the diversification of investors Money. The founder of MBA forex once said that the total sum of capital is not only invested in trading but some are on treasury bills. Yes! That is what Maxwell said in one of the conference in Port Harcourt..

For your information it is not MBA forex that is even trading the Market they outsource it to a UK company to do that.. Maxwell said all these things in Port Harcourt conference even the white people came to the conference and they where telling us how advanced technology they are using to trade! That more technology and software are being created in advanced country for trading the market.

All these I was there at the conference.. no be person tell me.
