Dear house, good morning....I have some questions and need clarifications. I'm applying for my family and I'm the primary applicant. 1. Does my wife need to verify her own certificates as well? 2. Does she need to take IELTS? 3. If she needs to verify her certificates, can one WES account be used for my wife and I? Thank you as you clarify 1 Like |

They did a Federal Skilled Trades draw on Wednesday, not Federal Skilled Workers - which most of us on this thread are applying through. Vancouver4: |

First, I think you should use the CRS calculator to determine what your score is with you as the primary applicant and without your wife's credentials. If you score up to 450, then chances are high that you'll be invited to apply. But if your CRS score is less, you may need to boost your score with your wife's IELTS and WES ECA. Depending on what your CRS score is, your wife may need to do either IELTS or WES ECA or both. If she needs to verify her certificates, then you'll be needing a different WES account; you cannot share a WES account with your wife. Aibisoye0: 3 Likes |

1. If you want to claim points for her education, then she needs to do eca to prove her cert. 2. If you want to claim points for it so as to boost your score cos i believe she's an accompanying spouse so it ll help in your EE. Otherwise, its not compulsory. 3. One Wes acct CANNOT be used for both of you. You need to create separate account and verify your certs separately because you both carry diff names. Aibisoye0: 2 Likes |

The answers to these questions depend on one thing. Your current CRS score without her details. Aibisoye0: 1 Like |

This is serious, with the facts you have presented you might attempt to reach WES again and present your case to them but if they remain adamant then you can support it with LOE, after all there are evidence of WES mistake and correspondence with them chikcutie: |

Cc: @vickyehi An update to Bnsc evaluation with Iqas that was originally discussed many threads ago. My sister evaluated her Bnsc degree and Public health with iqas.Getting the public health transcript was a big challenge but she did eventually get it. She went back and forth numerous times from Waheb to her school with waheb saying her uni should issue it from the mock exams they did.It was the first time of the school having to issue the transcript so it was not easy getting them to do it with me having to call numerous times to tell them why they should issue it as they were very unwilling. A lot of wranglings that I do not care to delve much into. The first evaluation report came out in March this year and only the Bnsc was evaluated as being equivalent to Canadian degree. The public health wasn't and she really needed the extra points. she contacted iqas with them responding that the public health was the same as secondary/high school diploma. She almost gave up but was told to write them and explain what it actually is as it is a higher national diploma. A few back and forth, writings and explanations and they apologised saying they will look into it but she needs to pay for a new evaluation.she wrote again telling them she is not supposed to pay as it was not a fresh application and was in the initial application and she resent the application to them as proof the public health was included to be evaluated. They apologised again and began the evaluation. It took another while as we thought they would treat it a priority based on the circumstances. She just received a new report equating her RPH qualification to a 3 year post secondary qualification. This process took about 13months from the intial application as a result of the numerous huddles she had to navigate. I remember asking persons who said that a bnsc degree with the additional RN,RM and RPHN won't fetch two or more qualifications and as a result people who went to school of nursing had an advantage over uni people not to hastily conclude until someone navigates that path. It was not easy as evidenced from the timeline because it was a first for the parties involved. Evaluating the degree with RN or RM transcripts only would have also fetched one the additional points. Our nurses in the house, take note but be prepared to make a case for yourself when trying to get the transcripts seeing that the schools may not have issued it before but there is always a first time for everything and don't take no for an answer.Your transcript is your right no matter what a big deal they may try to make of it or dismiss you saying they don't issue this or that. 27 Likes 7 Shares |

ECAs usually state the year your degree was awarded which is stated on your certificate and not the year stated on your transcript. Are you sure its not 2012 that was stated on your certificate? chikcutie: |

Please I have a question. Will it be wise for me to just evaluate Rn RM without mentioning the Bnsc.? I said lemme think out loud and know if I am on the right path. Will there be any complications if I don't mention that I went through university not school of nursing? Please I need a guided opinion. |

kenniton: Hi. Seems like it’s an agency or scammer. Either way, as a HND holder, you do not need an agent. Here are the steps: 1. Use the crs link to calculate your score based on ur current information. Ps: choose 2 or more certificates in the education section since you’ve got 2 ND certs. 2. Play around with the Ietls score to see what will give you a score of above 450 3. You’ll need to evaluate your HND cert thru WES. Start the process before the IELTS exam. It takes about 2 months no less. 4. Register for IELTS exam, don’t rush it since your cert evaluation won’t be ready till another 8 weeks or 12 sef. Study wellllllll and harddd. 5. Once your evaluation and IELTS are ready, jump into the pool. 6. There are many more e.g POF, Waec evaluation for wes etc. 7. Go to thread 1, read each link and pages. Keep reading. Trust me when I say every question you may have has bn answered somewhere. 8. Pulling you ears. Don’t pay any agent. It’s a long and expensive road. You will need the money. Be your own agent and read. All the best. 13 Likes 1 Share |

Is it too late to say congrats again? Been off here a minute. Kindly advise. I am 29, will be 30 next year. I have a B.Sc. I have almost 5 years of experience IELTS score: 9,8,7.5 7 Single. My present score is 438. considering it's low. What programme can I start and conclude before the year runs out to improve the odds? I am open to a wide range of suggestion. Cheers and merci beaucoup. Yhkl: |
