Slack is the work place community where you can get to connect with other transcribers and moderators who can help you resolve any issues or questions. Just sign-up and the bot will put you through.

For the PayPal, you can follow this link to learn how to do that https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L1TiijdFxxx81cj8a1q5rXZAjeidcQyC/view?usp=drivesdk after opening the PayPal account, go to your nearest UBA branch and tell them you want the international Africard. That's the card you'll use to get your funds directly from PayPal. Please note that you must always log into the Lesotho PayPal using the link provided in the document.

Take some time to read the FAQ and help before you start your first job. It is extremely important.
I just write my own test.... Wow!!! Thank God I passed, but am still unable to open my PayPal account. I really need someone to help me for free.

How do you guys actually get a 5 rating? I have several 4 ratings, and they always come up with sentence structure, grammar and punctuation errors. My sentences are always correct, even the punctuations. What can I do to avoid this? It seems impossible.

@brijibs
@samsard
@hausadreturn
Same question I'm asking myself about the 5 rating, please kindly help me with YouTube video of Qworld tutorial video with 5 rating job done successfully undecided

I don't know if anyone has worked on a Kwantum Azzurance call. They seem to be a new client. Those people have the cleanest audio. Even more than Sonron and Dijital Aer Struck..The AI transcript was almost perfect.
All I was practically doing was indicating speakers label and making minor corrections.
The one I heard was not so clear. The rep side was kind off echoing but the customer side was clear. Very unusual.... I just release am but it sounds like a good client....esp for my people fasting against F C UK calls

You obviously didn't read the ebook. Don't attempt to add an account.
Try earning money on Qa to see if it's something you can get going before you worry about adding a card on PayPal.

In fact my experience on the first transcription was terrible. I was rated 1 despite all the wahala of listening over and over again.
I think I need a guilder.

Preventing the call from returning to the queue if you leave the page without working for a while.
If you left a transcription say for 30 minutes, the page would read as inactivity and automatically return to the queue, but that is meant to give you time to leave the page without it returning to the queue.

My page never reads as inactive even if I leave for 3 hours.

How can I make it happen?

I used the above link to open my PayPal and I am able to withdraw to my Africard. Someone asked why he is unable to withdraw to card a few days ago with his SA PayPal and he got "No you can't withdraw to card with SA paypal" as reply. Now I am beginning to wonder if I actually opened mine correctly because I can withdraw to my Africard.

What did you put as the address? Mine it not letting me use my original address zip code
