Referring a third party to eBay knowing fully well the third party has no business with eBay and claiming „hacked funds“ are the most basic traits of someone that is too afraid to cut his losses and move on or perhaps the losses have put him in debt.

Would have been easier if he reached out to the seller directly and pleaded with him to give him some discount due to the losses but this primary school style of wanting to „chance“ the seller clearly won’t favour him.
