Cmon guys not all relationships ended acrimoniously. I still talk and hang out with some of my exes. @OP, how did the relationship end? If the end was bad then boy run, if it was due to other circumstances like just grew apart, work, distance or other things that left them apart then its all good. At least 80% of my ex's talk good abt me and hold me in high regards but the other 20% hate my guts. Is the ex in the 20% for ur friend?

I smell danger here.

Exs do that a times; some do it without any bad ideas in their mind but most just want to pick up clues to pull the relationship down. Then you have others who do it, just to find out what was so interesting about the new one - they want to know what trips you about them.

However, what ever you have to watchout, the ex could be feeding your girl some bad ideas and probably answering some wrong questions badly.

Okay on a serious note. If I werer guy I wouldnt be bothered and would care less about it, its a free country and people can be friends with whoever they wish to be friends with. Just as long as it doest disturb peace in my happy relationship. I mean what could guy possibly have to lose or hide.
However new girl should watch out for any negative influence from the old squeeze as it may influence how she handles matters in her relationship.

I also wouldnt advice the new girl to share too much detail about what goen on in her relationship, but hey as we all know girls will be girls.
