Love is good, it’s sweet, makes you feel great, have a sense of belonging and companionship. But if you are ever caught up in a situation where you love someone so much that you have forgotten to love yourself, then you need help. If you find yourself loving someone to the extent that you see yourself as less then you need to check yourself.

A little selfish is good sometimes. Yes! You are valuable and important also. Love yourself too, treat yourself good, take time out to enjoy your life, take yourself out on a date, buy gifts for yourself, give yourself a good treat, make yourself happy, you owe yourself that much.

Never forget that before anything else, you are special and never let anyone Steal that away from you. More importantly is that you need your sanity to be able to love right. Love, but don’t be obsessed.
