If you're going to talk about foreign doctors in South African, then I'd advise you to do your research because many of them are from Cuba, not Nigeria. I've never seen a Nigerian doctor personally, but the Cuban doctors are everywhere, working alongside our own. We've had a long relationship with that country (since the 1990s) when it comes to doctors, there're even exchange programmes between the two countries.

People selling clothes in South Africa = Ethiopians & Chinese
Food/Cafes = Portuguese & Somalis
Hair salons = Nigerians & Ghanaians
Internet cafes = Nigerians
Scrapyards = Nigerians & Ghanaians
Phone repairs = Indians & Pakistanis (mostly Pakistanis though)
Odd jobs = Zimbabweans, Malawians etc.
Those are the jobs most foreigners do in South Africa. South Africans run their own country, from garbage collectors (earning a little over 199K Nairas, monthly) upwards, it's South Africans doing those jobs. Or do you think foreigners are the only ones earning a living?
