When Is It Okay for a Man to Cry? | The Art of Manliness

It takes courage cry as a man. Well, for example, 190 cried for almost one year simply becoz he couldnt get visa for London, but

eventualy he did. Another good frined of mine also once cried for 3 month simply becoz his mrs refused to giv him punny. Society says, "Be a man.

Don't cry. Show nothing. Keep it all on the inside.", Do you agree or disagree?

Well I would say Bottle up feelings are unhealthy mentally and physically. This is one of the reasons women tend to live longer,

A real man should not express his emotions by crying. Thats stuff for women and children.

Well, it’s ok to cry, but you mustn’t do it publicly so as to maintain your dignity.

Never let anyone see you cry.  People judge you and take it as weakness.  Keep it a secrete.

OK - If my man starts crying - I will runnnnn!!!

I just am not built to handle that and I know deep inside that it isn't fair.

I cry - I also am NOT ashamed to admit that I do cry and I have cried to my man - he hears me crying and calms me down - I need him in this manner because I just do.

I know that men need to release - but I just can't take it.

Soo many times I don't know what to do in certain situations and I need his strength - if he is weak, my world will crumble because SOMEONE HAS TO CAPTAIN OUR SHIP and suck it up and unfortunately that is his job and my baby does it very, very well and I thank God for him every day.

I know it takes courage to cry as a man - but please don't cry in front of me - I'm too fragile to handle that - It would freak me out.
