Not necessarily, though depends on some factors, religious or traditional beliefs. Again some trousers are decent while some are not

In those days you can only find a woman in trousers in an hotel simple prostitute or a LovePeddler,skirt are for women, gown,blouses, all women i n trousers are flirts and its a shame to woman wood.
