MouthAction is a crime in Nigeria. See prove! A Nigerian man has taken to social media to express his opinion on MouthAction. The man disclosed that MouthAction is actually a crime in Nigeria and it is stated in the constitution of the nation. The man, who is identified as Chief Oloye, a self-acclaimed innovative thinker, added that besides the act being against the law, it is also against the law of God. He quoted Section 214 of the Criminal Code, which talks about having sex with anyone against the order of nature. He wrote: “Any sexual intercourse outside the commonly known penile-vaginal sex is regarded as being against the order of nature. That’s the purpose of S. 214(3).
