dont get excited, Most of it is recurrent, salaries petrol, travel costs etc. if we are lucky there is 30B for actual work which is roughly $100m. Nigeria has never fully implemented a budget (a budget is a proposal, it just means there is approval to spend this amount) if we are lucky we will implement 70% which is roughly $70m. At least one 3rd which will the taken up in inflated contracts so the truth is if we are lucky $50m will be spent of agriculture across the country. Thatt's roughly $1.5 m per state....a pittance!!!!
