This means he and his family pay the full medical costs offered to them by the British medical system. Now imagine 500 Nigerians paying full medical costs in British hospitals. These 500 are the real cost bearer of the British health system. Imagine if those 500 gather resources and build 1, just 1 world class hospital with doctors etc in Nigeria. You'll be surprised at the lift it'll give our health system. Just think abt this.
