Before the civil war how powerful was the Fulani? The fact is Nigerian people handed over to Fulani after they connived with Fulani against Igbos and in turn what did Nigerians get as reward after their connivance with Fulani? a messed up country and a demonic constitution that has put Nigerians in chains and checks of the Caliphate. 5 Likes |

Osaze007: Which yoruba/yarriba? Don't ever lump Igbo with yoruba again. British only fear Igbo because they know Igbos belong to a type of black people called "Negro/Black Hebrew." Yorubas, Hausa and Fulani belong to what we call "Hamite black people" Yoruba are more subservient than Fulani. British created Yarriba in 1850s by bringing Dahomeys from Togo into SW to serve as a tool and a helper to Fulani for them in Nigeria. Why Yoruba/Yarriba was created and who are they. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2hU-ibkPfg 2 Likes 1 Share |

horsepower101:The same scenario played out with emergence of Buhari as president. Trust me in the next 20 to 30 years a likely question would surface as "how did Nigerians manage to elect Buhari as civilian President after his past dictatorial tendencies and woeful economic policies as military head of state" 3 Likes |

Aderr: Reading the activities of southern pressure groups during the colonial era isn't the subject matter the o.p wants to know, but how the fulanis Lord's and subjugated fellow Nigerians eversince. It's simple, a design the British believed will siute their agenda of poor husband and rich bride. You should read up the ' dual mandate' my friend. |

Osaze007:please remove pa Awo from the thing abeg. Was it not useless zik that turn himself to slave for the north even when they didn't ask for his slavery service. He fought Awo for no reason when the man was only trying to protect his own, zik went behind him and align with the fulanis just to become a useless ceremonial president. Such a useless greedy fellow. May he rot in hell. Nigeria failure started on him, even the north really do not want one nigeria, he forced it on them all for greediness so he can have lagos all to himself.. Such a useless fellow. May he rot in hell again, he's the major reason we are all here today. 8 Likes |

Kapilta: Forgive Zik, Zik had a dream of a great Nigeria, he wants to rule, to bring this dream to reality. He didn't know that dreams sometimes die first,, this is Africa white men may have lumped us together, can our minds and thinking be equally lumped together?, this is where Zik got it all wrong and why Yorubas will always see him as a sell out. Since Abraham Adesanya, Yorubas have resolved to only carry only Yoruba loads and nothing more. |

Zik is a foolish man n a cursed man. For any man to have the option to choice who lead Nigeria n Zik of hell chose Tafawa Balewa ahead of Awolowo or even himself when he could have been the prime minister n Awo the junior but chose to be a junior partner to an Hausa his tribesmen insult daily, may it never be well with him n every of his tribesmen that support such decision. May the totality of their families rot in hellfire. horsepower101: 3 Likes |

Kapilta: To an extent your emotion towards Zik is not entirely out of place. Even we Igbos do not understand the rationale behind some of his political decisions. But it is now more than fifty years since the whole brouhaha, civil war inclusive. Why have the Yorubas not wrestle political machinery from the northerners especially with the Igbos out of the picture. What are your plans to extricate your self out of political slavery and domination from people you are obviously better than. When will you say no to your future being decided at the whims of the caliphate. Zik is late God rest his soul. What is the plan of the south West? Is the situation beyond redemption? 1 Like |

Re: Why Did The British Favour The Fulani So Much by wirinet(m): 3:15pm On Nov 17, 2019 |
gwafaeziokwu: The igbos were never and can never be out of the picture. The Hausa Fulanis need either the igbos or the Yorubas to hold unto power in Nigeria. Prior to 2015, the igbos had always aligned with the Hausa Fulanis to sideline the Yorubas. 2015 was the very first time Yorubas allied with the Hausa Fulanis in the history of Nigeria, and the igbos have since been angry about it. The only way to break the stranglehold of the Hausa fulanis on Nigerian political power is for the igbos and yorubas to form an alliance. That's seems a very long shot. Non of them will step down for each other, each would rather step down for the Hausa fulani instead. 6 Likes 1 Share |

johndoexxx:Because when Zik partnered Sardauna, the Grand son of Usman Dan Fodio, Ahmadu Bello was a Russian? Because when Shagari picked Dr Ekwueme, he was Canadian? Because when ojukwu contested under NPN, it was an American party? Icons helped the north to gain power today by parenting with the north.. no other tribe in Nigeria has supported the north than igbos.. and the funny thing is, the north didn't even waste time to kill you people in a pogrom.. Igbos have been partnering with north since the beginning.yorubas only did it once in 2015 and the world want to end 7 Likes |

Osaze007: Tell me when they handed power to them or shut up. Until shagari in 1979 no Fulani ruled Nigeria. You idiots see everybody from the north as Fulani because of your inferiority complex. |
Re: Why Did The British Favour The Fulani So Much by gwafaeziokwu: 3:20pm On Nov 17, 2019 |
ZZ22: You nailed it. Huasa/Fulani is powerful because other tribes handed them the reigns on a platter. The only tribe that could push them off the cliff has been rendered ineffective by divide and rule strategy. The general reward from the Oligarchy to every other tribe in Nigeria is " we will treat you better than the Igbos". It creates a feel good mentality that at least 'we' are more accepted than 'them'. That is why you see so many people from other tribes forming political gurus on any Igbo agenda. The game plan of the Caliphate is simple yet devastatingly effective. The new gospel in town is that Igbos should stop being too different. Just blend in and flow with the mediocrity that Nigeria has become. Unfortunately by nature, the Igbo do not blend in. He always stand out. We should simply go back to regionalism before we suffocate each other, or we balkanize simple. 4 Likes |
