0 and 1 which one comes first in number scale? Modified One definitely needs to come before the other, and in this case, he has to be given birth to before his death. Therefore no one overshadows other, they rather compliment each other... 28 Likes 1 Share |

Without the birth of Jesus there would be no death, but i prefer to celebrate His death more than His birth, because that's where my eternal comes from. God bless 55 Likes 1 Share |

His death gave meaning to Christianity. Without the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, it will be like other prophets that have been before. I give respect to His death and resurrection than His birth. His birth will just be like every other people's birth if there has not been the death and resurrection. 33 Likes |

Both are significant, none is more important than the other even though people tend to celebrate Christmas more than Easter, since it lasts for a whole month..lol Life is about birth and death, his birth brought salvation to humanity and his death strengthened it Merry Christmas Everyone 4 Likes |

Xmas is useless Is not in the bible Jesus didn't ask any one to celebrate his born day. The only thing we all owe God is to keep his commandments and love our neighbors as our selves. Simple. Easter, Xmas are all useless and invented by men 18 Likes 1 Share |

Easter because his death and resurrection is the reason for his birth. Christ was born for one purpose. That is to die, resurrect and ultimately grant us salvation. Saying his birthday is more important is just like saying the day Thomas Edison was born is more important than the day he invented the electric bulb. Christ's death and resurrection is the foundation upon which our salvation and everything we enjoy in God is built 5 Likes |

It's just like asking which is greater. The hen or the egg. Without birth He couldn't have died. Without death the birth wouldn't have mattered much So all are equally significant 2 Likes |

To me, the death is more significant than the birth. One thing is to born and another thing is to fulfill destiny. Fulfilling destiny is far beyond than to be born. Many are born but few fulfill destiny. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Both occasions are important in the plan of God for the redemption of the fallen man as they're intricately woven into each other. -Christmas: Signifies the birth of the God-the Son incarnated in the form of man into the world(Matthew 1:21). -Easter: Completion of the work of redemption that started @ Christmas. The suffering, death & resurrection of Jesus Christ to finally reconcile man to God(Roman's 10:9-10).Peace! 1 Like |

jesusjnr:You meant his resurrection I believe. Everyone is born, we'll all die; that's not so much of a big deal because it's common and "normal". The miracle is the power of resurrection. The power of a new life after death signifying our salvation from death. Amen 2 Likes |
