mamaafrik:we dey fear una abeg. To mobilize the East won't be a problem we are just watching whether you guys are not being mischievous. We will rally under ipob in less than 3 days and amass millions of youths. But we are watching the unreliable west,it might be a stunt for presidency. The Southwest needs unity more than the Northwest 1 Like |

engrchykae:you need to understand the clue to getting things done,North was the one complaining marginalization when Aguyi ironsi was there,we need someone close to the system to change the system so that no matter who comes into power, everyone is well represented,Obasanjo and Goodluck would have been the best person but what happened when they got there.......,What even make us think that the crop of leaders we have as Governors wont be the same leading the New countries formed. If they are failing now in responsibility, what is the probability they won't do the same as regoinal leaders. |

E for better like that na. At least we can have some peace of mind. No more agbero everywhere, paraga, jaguda, mama laide, baba Wura, etc. But my concern is what will happen to people's investments in Yorubaland. Will they take over Dangote refinery and claim as their own? What will happen to Igbo investments in Alaba, Ladipo and tradefair? Remember that Yorubas do not have much investments outside Yorubaland. Abeg make una no vex for my submission oo. |

Till today I believe any adult who voted for Buhari was a hypocrite, or ignorant, or wicked fellow. Now watch same people cry simply because the chicken has come home to roost. This man handed over the entire security and now finance sectors to his kinsmen and these same people said it was fine by them. They derived joy where others screamed and pointed out Buhari's nepotism and gross incompetence. Now that the same Buhari wants to deny this section of the South a very much needed security they now woke up from their deep slumber and turned (and still turning) against him. Whoever voted for Buhari from the SW, SE or SS you deserve to be made caricature of! You don't vote failed men to power. You can be pardoned for voting him the first time, but the second? Sorry, you were crazy. I hope Amotekun will be allowed to stand for the sake of the lives and property of people and also to forestall the sinister plans of this same man in the coming two years. 3 Likes |

mamaafrik:without minicing words thou i'm in support of the amoketun security formation, but considering the system of government we operate its illegal to form such security outfit,if you think insecurity is at high rate in your region then hold your leaders accountable for it,power is situated at the center, the state government dnt have such powers to creat such millitia becus it might be used politically by the governors against the FG.if it were the igbos that formed such millitia group would have supported it? |

engrchykae: Please what do you mean by this ''The Southwest needs unity more than the Northwest''? How can the southwest need the unity of Nigeria than the north when we have the port, the commercial city, literate 45m people spread across lush mangrove swamp, rain forest, and guinea savanna. How can we be afraid of disintegration when we are most strategically positioned of the major ethnic group in Nigeria. We Yorubas need our independent country than the supposed restructuring, we want to developed and live with our brothers and sisters than understand the value we have for our life and community development |

splendour7: Yeah, we do, apparently you Ibos dont know who they are....but we Yorubas do. Just listen to how one of them address your 2023 ambition....telling you muat get consent from Yoruba and fulani to become president. Read it here. What do you think of fulani now? Do you still think you know them?

splendour7: The Fulani boot -lickers are those whose parent and grandparent has been playing second fiddle to the Hausa-Fulani since independent. I laugh at you mischievous ass trying so hard to twist fact in other to favour your jaundiced view. The Yoruba will always deal with the Hausa-Fulani as an equal partner in the entity called Nigeria. We'll always go into the affairs of Nigeria as a major player, the moment we realized our interest can't be protected we'll opt out of the union |

mamaafrik:lolz sorry for that! believe me when i say i'm in support of amoketun, but the way things are going it will die a natural dead,,by the look of things yoruba governors and elites will soon fall to pressure from the fulanis,or the security outfit will be hijack by some selfish politician, then they will use it only to achieve their selfish political desires,,thats why i always love ipob, they distanced them selves from any kind of politics in the east...thats why they continue to wax stronger...if you are really serious in getting your own country then goodluck to you guys! |

Re: Why Yoruba Will Leave Nigeria By Bayo Oluwasanmi by engrchykae(m): 10:25pm On Jan 22, 2020 |
myobjective:the port you are bragging about is as a result of intentional closing down of Calabar, warri and azumini. If they are opened up and every other international airports in the SS SE working, the southwest is just at par with North Central. This is why you need Nigeria more than the North, the southwest is the ultimate parasites of one Nigeria. What is happening now in amotekun is merely noise making should in case the north wants to change their mind in handing over to the southwest in 2023. You are threatening disintegration which is the fear of the north. 1 Like |
