Yes, Nigeria has failed. That doesn't make Biafra a solution for all. If Nigeria should split, we can't be together with the Igbo except for one condition. That country includes the middle belt and the whole of southern Nigeria, the status of every ethnic nation is enshrined in the constitution. Except that, forget it.
