Why are you people attacking govt for what shekau is saying, the policy simply means that the identity and tacticks of boko haram and their sponsor alike as well as kidnappers will be reveal and nip in the bud. If this policy will curb all forms of criminality in our country it is highly welcom.

Those brainless elements who rushed to comment on the front page are saboteurs due to their Geo location in Nigeria.

They know what the Sim card policy would do and they know it is good but they always look for a way to twist things so it would look bad.

Kidnappers, bandits, terrorists, will be seriously silenced once this kicks off.

I'm sure you're describing your dad in that absurd sentence. tell your uncle he's mad, I'm not his mate

Yes you have the brain of a 2 yr old so how can you be his mate.

When a self acclaimed adult with a 2 yr old brain speaks in the midst of deep thinking adults he is presumed mad and that is you per description.

how is reducing of sim card to 3 a factor of reducing terrorism ?

releasing and funding a terrorist with govt money, shielding bandits and herdsmen from prosecution is the main cause why insecurity still exist and this was caused by the useless cow you're defending like a mumu

your family members will become a victim of their evil acts soon then your eyes will clear

How did BVN affect corrupt accounts?

Now use the above question, bearing in mind how BVN links all accounts you own in every and any bank in Nigeria to how limiting you to 3 Sims and linking all to NIN would reveal people in same way especially criminals like bandits, kidnappers and terrorists who in their attempt for anonymity and secrecy engage in multiple Sim card usage in order to mask their movements.

You are a senseless human

From comments I see everyday on Nairaland, I am 99 percent convinced that majority of Nigerians youths are either on hard drugs or need psychiatric medical attention.

Nigerians are so used to buying SIMs that they will thrash for no serious reason. SIM purchase needs to be made stricter than it is. Everybody just dey anonymous in this country....people crawling out of the woodwork and you wonder where they from. No reliable database....Its time for some sanity.

which movements? those caught and handover to the law enforcement, were they not released back to the society to continue their foolishness

insecurity will end when that foolish cow you're defending speak the truth to himself, till then reducing sim to one won't stop it.

he should stop rehabilitating criminals, he should stop paying them, he should stop shielding them prosecution, let all criminals face their law, their tribe and religion should not shield them

let that above aforementioned happened for 2weeks and see insecurity become things of the past. the sim cards is just a senseless way of proving to the western world is trying while he's in support of this stupidity

Ok, is 3 SIM cards a bad policy? These are things that are done in advanced countries too. You don't just wake up and change sim card like it kpyoko.

I'm not taking sides in this argument but which advanced country are you on about?

With this outburst from the terror group, they have made it more necessary to reregister sims and deregister non-compliants in the country.

Even the ability to hide numbers before calling should be stopped.

All telecoms providers should stop allowing people to hide their numbers before calling
