DesignPoint:Bruhh, we think alike damn.. I stopped Nollywood since 2010 Except the classic old ones The new ones are trash This is the reason I'm going into filmmaking.. Nollywood is like a novel, only 2 pages you flip left and right. No bottom, upwards camera angles just left and right, which makes storytelling stuck in a 2D motion. Foreign directors know that before u film , u first design your scene. Use Body Cam to follow the actors, making you feel every emotion the actors are feeling in a 3D motion.. That's why they sell billions at box office I have studied movie depth and I have my fav directors that I learn from. I will bring in flavor in Nollywood By God's Grace and by my efforts it will come to pass. 10 Likes 1 Share |

You must have your remote at hand all the time to increase or decrease the volume. Everyone that moves to the city always come back as a "big" man. The graphics and interpretation is wack. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Nigeria movie? Last I watched were: "Saworo Ide ' and " Ti Oluwa ni Ile' ( By Baba Wande) in the early 90s I find most Nigerian movies tasteless, no content, poor audio/video, suspenseless, unoriginal, constant code-mixing, , (mixing Yoruba/Igbo with English,), repetitive, predictable, and extremely shallow acting.. Proudly Badged- Telemundo Fan! 2 Likes |

Roadtoyesterday: You do know they employ the services of specialists (in this case one with military experience) so these scenes are based from real life experiences the specialist went through or has seen... And such scenarios happen and have you ever watched videos of those that trained with the marines take down people armed, even to the teeth? Your comment shows you haven't. Also being under heavy fire doesn't mean you must be hit even by a stray (common rookie mentality) provided you got good cover and not everyone has excellent reaction time, even if you're aiming a Glock on someone with a knife, if your reaction time is poor, the person with the knife will cut you down. 6 Likes |

I've seen a lot of mistakes in Hollywood movies too. This is especially in the epic/medieval movies including the famous GOT. But this didn't stop us from seeing their movies. I think there are a few major reasons Nigerians don't like Nollywood: 1) The believe that foreign is better. This is the case with most products and movies are not exceptions. There was even a time they prefered Ghanaian movies despite the fact their excessive dressing, unrealistic use of locations and rather poetic use of words at that time all in a bid to impress the audience. This was until Ghanaian movies ceased to be foreign. 2) Nigerians find it easier to spot the errors in Nigerian movies. This is because it's our environment, we understand it well and we know how things should be at any phase of life. This can't be said about American movies where we take everything as "that's how they live their lives there". Only those of us that live here can actually tell when Hollywood is really going off. 3) We expect Hollywood in Nollywood. Fact is, Americas act about what's obtainable in their society, something Americans can relate with. It'll be a terrible mistake for us to pursue that line. Remaining original in our arts is key to our recognition. 4) A lot of people believe it's somewhat prestigious to say "ewww I don't watch Nigerian films" or "I don't listen to Nigerian songs". These people are just running after the bandwagon. Am I saying Nollywood isn't a messy? No. I'm saying we should be open minded. Praise them when they do well and criticize them when they mess up just like we do with Hollywood. Our movie industry has matured over time and it can only get better if/when we support them. If a movie is bad, call out that movie instead of shutting the door against the entire industry. If Americans did that to Hollywood in the days of their little beginnings, they wouldn't be here. 12 Likes 1 Share |

chatinent:Stop complaining, in Hollywood one man will attack a group of more than 100 people and kill all of be them with easy then in Bollywood if see a girl you love in the market immediately every body in the market will start dancing in the rain. DesignPoint:Bruh the goal is to make movies that will immerse the viewer. Different camera angles to make you feel all the tension or emotions the actors are showing. Also live 3d CGI real-time composition in movies like transformers robots and I have never seen anything like that in Nollywood.. I believe my movies will stimulate and impact creativity. I don't know how it will be done, I'm really passionate 1 Like |
