It was stated clearly in d pretext above dat d FG is acting accordingly 2 d agreement reached in the UK court betwen d OBJ administration nd d governor of kebbi. If some nigerians are nt insane, den why saying rubbish about 'BUHARI' wen it is obvious he has notin 2 say or do as regard 2 d agreement made by OBJ administration. My fellow nigerians lack brains. |

I honestly do not blame Buhari . I blame Nigerians who put him there. It shows how foolish Nigerians are , yet they claim to be wise. Countries that are civilized and have wise people don’t allow evil , corrupt and satanic people to lead them. Infact , in a civilized environment what is happening in Nigeria will lead to civil unrest everywhere . Nigeria has the highest population of fools and mentally retarded people in the world. They are all singing praises of their enemies who have kept them perpetually poor and deprived. 3 Likes 1 Share |

I'm shocked reading this! This is the worst regime ever after Abacha's. Imagine Nigeria's wealth going to one family and this guy is still suing the country for the common wealth. Shame on APC and all their 30k footsoldiers. Shame on Buhari and Bagudu! Shame on the people of Kebbi state! Shame on OBJ! Shame on the Abachas! 1 Like |

NGpatriot: .......and adults like you appear not to be worried at the willingness and indecent haste of your tin gods in power in Nigeria to hand over the obviously stolen funds to their friend and ally Bagudu. Obasanjo's agreement is binding on Buhari, no doubt but I don't expect an honest government to just hand over proceeds of crime to the criminal without a fight. 1 Like |

Agboriotejoye: It was not a plea bargain, it was a settlement where both agreed to do this and that and also agreed not to do this and that which the courts agreed to and entered into judgment, it was a binding judgment that both parties can never never altered no matter what. The FG under OBJ specifically granted him amnesty, they relinquished the FG's rights to institute any future legal actions against him. The corrupt man already won a case against the government based on that settlement and court-sanctioned agreement because it was a legally binding agreement. |

Buhari carry his Nepotism enter even the looted fund they are trying to repatriate! Na wao for this man! Thank God for USA! the US gov't should release the money in piecemeal and continue to dictate how the money is used! If the Nigerian fails to comply no more money should be released to them! 1 Like |

NGpatriot: https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/headlines/353583-how-kebbi-governor-abubakar-bagudu-was-arrested-in-america.html Kindly follow that link. It was a plea bargain. Under it, he was supposed to continue his trial in Nigeria after he was repatriated back in 2009. That's why Jonathan's govt tried to start the case in 2012. So, the question now is why Malami the Kebbi state charge and bail lawyer is trying to cover up his brother with a 2003 agreement. 2 Likes |

Eborty: Court decisions can be challenged. Why didn't Nigerian government just hand over the billions to P&ID even though obviously Nigerian officials used the company to defraud the country? The argument here would be that it won't be in the interest of the common man in Nigeria that is ravaged by poverty illiteracy and disease to be so shafted by their elites. Another argument would be that the point needs to be made to aspiring looters that crime doesn't pay. The government should look at trail of the cash, over-invoicing, direct fraudulent transfers, illicit cash movements, etc may be uncovered. This could help the case. Even if it fails, the government may have convinced its citizens it has tried its best to fight their corner.. 2 Likes |

Trump is a Prophet of Truth and an Apostle of Righteousness for Africa. God bless Trump. We have 37 Governments in Nigeria. Trump should please authorise The US Treasury Secretary to share Nigerian Money in his possession into 37 equal parts, grant Visas to the 37 Governments to come to US to authorise Transfer into their respective State Treasuries. 2 Likes 1 Share |
