If the bomb was on a truck as u said, the truck must have been still on the ground and such huge hole cannot be made by something already on the ground. It’s a meteorite from the look of things. Only a trajectory bomb dropped from above can create such impact.

As for the roofs and buildings affected, it’s the shockwave from the impact on the ground that did that.
