Should I be worried about this? Please I need matured and rational advise guys. Thanks a lot

Been a porn addict doesn't mean that one must be a sex addict. Though I do engage in sex sometimes though I don't like sex like that. I can stay for six months or more without sex. But I do watch porn even once or twice a week
