sad marriage to me is an entrapment for a man because in most Nigerian marriages the man usually take care of 80% of the financial responsibilities, if such man goes broke the woman will start raining insults on him and she won’t even remember the good times and at the end she flees and leave the man in more pains but if the woman doesn’t leave she will frustrate the man till he develops HBP and dies. I am good being single.

The figures are changing by the day. I know several homes where the wife earns more and contributes more at home.

I think marriage is honorable
It is the only Union instituted by The Most High God

Marriage is blissful when established on Holy grounds especially when Christ is the foundation.

I think I'll have the best marriage.
another reason why there is so many divorce u base marriage on christ. Christ wont live with u. The bible era is also different. Pastors too are now divorcing. From okotie to oyakilome to iginla to benny hinn. Will u say they didn't pray ABEG LETS FACE REALITY

Marriage is an institution. Like other institutions(schools, churches, work place etc), it is not a place for enjoyments-hunting and fun-hunting. People of this generation think marriage is an avenue for fun and enjoyment. Nope, marriage is an institution of duty

This is my thought.
every Nigerian leader is married still yet they choo money and scam us. U still want to use that as basis for choosing leaders Any sense in that. There are children who grew up in home that left them scared for life( parents cheating, arguments, fighting, money issues). Your points hold no water

I regret not seeing my wife earlier. She was 30 and I was 31 when we got married.I am 11months older than my wife.

Marriage is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life.

I remember one day my wife said to me, we need to quarrel at least for one day let her know what it means for husband and wife to quarrel looks like.

I jokingly said, not in my house.

It is absolute beautiful when u marry ur heart desire. Pls avoid baby mama. Is a wrong approach to marry or get children. Very, very wrong.

Its cuz u married a matured lady mentally....if it were a 23 year old gal....u for din divorve

Marriage, sometimes, seems to me like a gamble! A game of luck.
Notwithstanding, one needs all the help he or she can get from God and lots of discipline/hardwork, from both parties, for it to be a pleasant one.

Never boast how blessed you are, until you are married!

People of this generation think marriage is an avenue for fun and enjoyment. Nope, marriage is an institution of duty and work to further and enhance the human race. This is why the divorce rate is higher nowadays. Marriages are entered with the wrong reasons and expectations. Marriage is the only institution u freely choose who u work with. Yet, it has the highest dissolutions. The masses always make wrong choices. Children should be born in a functional family for their emotional well-being.

Left to me, any unmarried person should not hold any public post. If u cannot carry out ur primary duty of furthering and enhancing the human race, u should not be allowed to do any other secondary duties. Any person promoting anti- marriage should be imprisoned. He/she is a threat to the human race.

This is my thought.

Using this illogical thought of yours, Nigeria should be ahead of Japan in every developmental indices and be the best place to raise a child even though The Economist once ranked Nigeria as the worst place to give birth.

It is only a thought not an opinion. My thoughts swerve like a candle light blown by wind.
