I submitted my application online on the 25th of October. My appointment is on the 3rd of Nov. Is it okay to submit the statement as part of my application or I should just go to the bank to request another one covering up till October 24th? Thank you

stanbic ibtc, processing time was 8 days. rate is dependent on the prevailing market rate

You can go ahead to have your t.b test done while you await the 28 days maturity of your bank statement.
T.b test result is valid for 6 months.It's not a strange scenario for your school to request a 28 days bank statement to process the issuance of your CAS.

Flexi appointments is same as walk-in. So just choose any date you see on the calender for appointments and then walk in and pay the required amount.

I doubt there's a solution. Usually, if your wife is not the main applicant, there's high chance she won't be thoroughly scrutinised like you.

However, as to whether there's a solution, there's none except you'll cancel the application and file another.

This october, I made a mistake in my visa application. I contacted UKVI through email, unfortunately, I was told there's no solution to it. I was told my application would be treated based on what I submitted, but my mistakes won't be corrected, but if UKVI required more information, I would be contacted.

While I did not receive any call from UKVI, I got my visa 5 days after with my mistakes, a bogus one that could earn me a 10 years ban, treated as tiny.

It is always good to declare every visa refusal, but in cases where it was forgotten, what remains is prayer, application can't be changed.

Thank you so much but how about if someone should pick prime time appointment since that one is 37k and its serves the same purpose of walk-in because someone posted here some days ago that, if you wish to do walk-in, person needs to go very early to join the queue and prime time appointment is also within 8:00 -8:30 and 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM respectively Sorry to disturb you though just wanna know and learn more better.

I recently got into the UK, I tried opening a bank account with Lloyds bank but my application was refused without any explanation whatsoever to that regard. Tried equally with Monzo, I still refused.

All of these refusals came after submitting my Passport, BRP and letter from the school indicating my address and duration of the course.

Please has anyone had this issue and how was it resolved because at the moment I am confused as to what the possible reasons for refusals could be.

I am currently trying to open with Barclays Bank, have an appointment on 30th of November.

I am sorry about that...when opening to Lloyds bank account use Classic account. It is used for international students or Google Lloyds bank classic account.

Fill it online and submit your documents in the office (you will have to book an appointment to submit at their office) take your original documents (brp, passport and bank letter from your school) bank letter should be printed as well.

Once you submit your application online your bank account details will be sent to you including a reference number which will be requested at the appointment.

Note: Make sure the way you wrote your accommodation address tallys with the way it was written in your school letter to your bank (Lloyds bank) if not your bank account will be cancelled and you will have to apply again for another fresh bank account as well as another appointment.

Opening Lloyd's account is straight forward.

Yes I am aware Lloyds bank is quite fast, hence it was recommended to me.

However, I filled all the necessary information online and was given a bank account before proceeding to the bank to submit necessary documents like you rightly pointed out. I was surprised to get a notification some days later that my request to open an account has not been successful. This same response even came from Monzo too.

Concerned enough to ask if anyone has had similar experience in the past and what was a likely solution to it.
