But these are not what the programme was set out to do...
By how many % was enrolment into schools increased?
What %tage decrease in attendance was recorded?
By how much were diseases related to malnutrition reduced?

This is what the programme should be about but you know what.... this is a scam so it will not answer these questions

The entire school-feeding programme is a scam, a brazen way to siphon money out of the federal treasury.

The government officials running the scam are so used to the stealing, they just cannot do without the stolen money again. So they want to feed pupils even when schools are out of session. Who are they going to feed, ghosts?

What's the point of keeping schools out of session if you're going to assemble the same kids at school to hand out handfuls half-cooked rice/indomie to them, where is social distancing in all of that? We all know it's not possible to do door-to-door delivery of their crappy meals to thousands of schoolkids whose home addresses they don't even have. In short, the money will be disbursed and shared into the private accounts of these bastard animals in Abuja, just like they've always done.
