This was my experience.

On this sad fateful day, I and my ex-girlfriend attended a workshop in Lagos. After the workshop, we agreed to lodge in an hotel till the next morning then we can emback on our journey home. I noticed that this hotel had like six different pure white towels in their closet and bathroom.

Upon checking out In the moning, She wrapped two and put it inside her hand bag. Unluckily for her there's always a compulsory search at the reception before exit. Right there in my face a towel was brought out from her bag.

Jesus! I got so cold and embarrased. She said it was a mistake but I wasn't buying any of it cus one towel in her bag may be a mistake but two is definitely theft.

OP, while I condemn what your ex did by stealing I do not agree that this qualifies as kleptomania.

It may surprise you to know that a lot of guests actually try to take towels and cutlery out of hotels after lodging there and that is the reason why most hotels do a quick check in the rooms when a quest is checking out.

A kleptomaniac in my understanding is someone who steals repeatedly out of compulsion and sometimes what they steal may not necessarily be of great value

I was on break and travelled to my city.
I went to the state library to read and source materials for my project when I met a JAMBITE and we started talking.
Two hours later she insisted on following me home. At my home she started ransacking everywhere and asking a lot about everything.
When her behaviour became unbearable I politely asked her to leave.

But I later discovered that she went away with my spare charger, roll on, broken phone and watch and other insignificant items which I really don't understand how she managed to appropriate....

I once had my own share too.
There's this lady in my street,very quiet,calm and gentle.She gain admission into polytechnic,
only for her to begin exhibit oloshohism trait.l was like let me chop my own be4 market go finish.

Na so I carry this babe come house for a quick one.
Don't know who Informed my mum,I begin hear several knock on my door.She instructed me I follow her to her apartment to explain the guts I have to bring in dat public toilet to her house.

Only for me to return from my in-house trial,this girl don go,carry my perfume,carry my wrist watch,remove my favorite top from hanger.

I have another experience to share. I once brought a girl which I met that same day at my work place to my house one very hot afternoon. After our shitchat, one thing led to another and we ended up having S*x.
