 There's still a lot of hope. The size of a machine is not as as important as how it functions. You have to focus on other things of life first to get your confidence and esteem back on. Then cut down on unhealthy lifestyle and meals (to treat the PE) - engage in exercise, eat lots of fruits, banana and groundnut, water melons, tiger nuts....
