Bros I will be sincere with you. The price range is between 60-80k. Two weeks ago I ran one for a family friend at 70k.

With the current crisis in the country, budget N120k (pay the driver in installments). but take into consideration the following

1. Is the car registered?
2. Who foots the cost of fuel?
3. How sound is the car engine-wise?
4. Does the car have the correct custom papers?
5. Is the driver a trusted person?
6. Is the driver duly licensed?
7. Is the car insured?
8. Is the driver being accompanied by a police escort?

Put yourself in the drivers shoe.. Even if he knows the person..,, trans back to lagos is how much, what will be left with him after transporting himself back to lagos, except if he will give him trans to lagos back., every other exps on his way.. Then extra 10k - 15k for work done.. Which still little to me

30k - 40k isn't too much (Inclusive of police share on his way to abj)

If the owner is to go pick the car, and get back.. Check out his expenses, time spent and stress driving back to Abj...
him carry contra bound?

The person is a mopol (mobile police officer?) who works with my wife's company. He is into the business of bringing cars for people to Abj. It's a tokumbo car so no tracker yet.

60k should be for his transport to Lagos, fueling the car back to Abj and every other expenses including his profit I guess?

Oh you mean d person dey Abuja, not Lagos?

Yeah fuel money-8k
His trans back-6k
Miscellaneous-6k
His workmanship-10k
That's 30k. So negotiate for 30-35k when u call him. Highest he'll end it at 40k

This break down isn't right
8k fuel to Abuja with which car cos I didn't see him name a car
6k transport back to Lagos, lol. the cheapest to Lagos before lockdown was 8k
6k miscellaneous possible cos the driver na police, he can spend close to it or more
10k workmanship, because he has no life or what! you're wicked can you drive over 700km (9/10hours) for 10k?. I can't drive to Ibadan for that price talkless of Abuja

which ever car he is moving to Abuja he should budget 65k and not in this interstate ban.

What's funny. At the present rate of fuel N123.5, 8k fuel is enough for a Toyota.

I drive a Peugeot 206. When petrol was N145, 8k fuel fills its tank from empty to full and it goes to akure from Lagos and back

Maybe your car transmission is faulty hence increasing fuel consumption and you're now thinking that's the normal thing

LMAO u said Toyota, I didn't see the op named a car brand
Toyota we have
corolla
Camry
sienna
RAV4
highlander
matrix
venza
Prado
landcruiser etc
are you saying Toyota cars have same fuel consumption not even considering the engine capacity if it's l4, V6 or V8

Why do you people talk without doing your research How can you pay someone 10k to drive a car from Lagos to Abuja, na charity? Fueling the car full tank nko, public transportation of the driver from Abuja back to Lagos nko? How about risk Plus other things
The last time someone brought my mum’s car from Lagos to Uyo, she paid 80k.

30-40k is small as well If it is this time of lockdown. op should prepare for nothing less than 100k for the numerous police, army and probably customs, especially if they are moving it during daytime. It could be less if they move at night. 100k will cover for the total expenses. Only transportation fare back to Lagos for now is between 10k-15k.

First is it a person you know or trust? Does the car have a tracker? Do you know the condition of the car before it leaves Lagos? Does he have a valid driver's license? Would you have him sign an undertaking before d deal? 60k is enough

10k?? See you talking authoritatively on something you have never done before.

Will advise you give the job to this fellow suggesting 10k

Well it depend. If the car is a tokunbo. From port. With duty paper and complete document. If I will fuel I will collect 80k. But if the owner will be by myside, pay at all check point, fuel his car then I will collect 45k. But if it a registered car will fuel and collect 60k
